Welcome to Arty Party Sydney. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for services at Arty Party. By booking with us, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions.

When booking with us, the furniture, inclusive of tables and chairs, are fully protected using table covers. In the event that materials, such as paint and water, marks in areas that are not protected, Arty Party will not be liable for any damages caused to those surfaces.

Arty Party uses Atelier Acrylic Paint for the events. These are artistic quality paints and have been certified and claimed safe for all users. When booking with us you are agreeing that Arty Party will not be liable for any incidences, inclusive of allergic reactions and/or anaphylaxis, that will occur when using our products.

To confirm a Private or a Public event, 100% advance booking fees is to be paid to secure your booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility within reasonable boundaries. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event
   you are eligible for a 100% refund credit to use toward any future Paint and Sip event within 6 months of the original event date. The credit will be sent via email and is non-transferable.
2. Cancellations Made between 7 and upto 14 Days Before the Event
   Cancellations made between 7 and upto 14 days before the event are non-refundable, but we will issue a 50% credit toward any future event. The credit will be valid for 6 months from the original event date.
3. Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of the Event
   Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or credits for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. The full ticket price is forfeited, as we would have paid our artists and already purchased the necessary materials for the event. For emergencies - please call / e-mail us and we will try to help with reasonable reason. 
4. No-Shows: If you do not attend the event and have not notified us of a cancellation, the ticket will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be provided.For emergencies - please call / e-mail us and we will try to help with reasonable reason.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

It is Arty Party's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while conducting our business. This Privacy Policy applies to www.artyparty.au We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us during the booking process. We have adopted this privacy policy to explain what information may be collected, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

It should also be noted that during the course of the event, we may click pictures & videos of the event that you have booked for and those pictures can be used at our discretion for promoting of Arty Party's services.
